KUNA YALA MAP:

KUNA YALA:

Coast to Coast When flying from Panama City to Kuna Yala you are actually flying coast to coast in approximately 30 minutes. To realize you are in a completely different body of water notice that on the Pacific side the tides can easily rise to 15 feet while on the Caribbean they barely move, allowing the locals to build their houses and communities very close to the water.
